The Eloy Fire District responded to the following calls for the week ending Nov 3. The district also responded to 7 calls from an outside agency for assistance.

Oct. 30

At 10:33 am in the area of Shedd Road and Tumbleweed Road. EN522 and BC521 were dispatched for a Machinery Fire. EN522 responded and arrived on-scene to find a Ag Machine on fire. EN522 began fire suppression. BC521 arrived on-scene and assumed command as EN522 crew was actively fighting fire in a section of the machine that was difficult to access. EN521 crew arrived on-scene and assisted the EN522 crew. The fire was extinguished for the most part. Crew began disassembling the machinery to get better access to the remaining smoldering material. Fire was unofficially declared out and crews returned to quarters.

Nov. 1

At 9:05 pm in the area of Phoenix Avenue and D. Street. EN521 was dispatched for an ATV on fire. EN521 Arrived to find a small ATV on fire. EN521 crew extinguished the ATV and no exposures where threatened. EN521 crew returned to service

Nov. 3

At 10:15 am in the area of Kelvin/Florence Highway. BR521 and Tender 521 was dispatched for a brush fire per state land request to Florence. BR521 arrived on-scene with Golder Ranch BR230 to find a working Brush burning in that area. At approx. 2:30 pm crews had extinguished the fire with the assistance from Golder Ranch Fire District. Units were able to clear as State Fire was on-scene.

The Eloy Fire District responded to the following EMS calls for the week ending Nov. 3.

Station One ran 19 Medical related calls and 1 Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Station two ran 12 Medical related calls and 1 Motor Vehicle Accident.

There were 8 reported public assistance service call responded to.
