Arrests & Citations

On Nov. 5 Charles Kirby, 63, was cited and released for disorderly conduct after police said he got into a physical altercation with his son at 326 W. Byrd Ave.

On Nov. 5 Kristopher Kirby, 31, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after police said he got into a physical altercation with his father at 326 W. Byrd Ave.

On Nov. 20 Arnold Boni III, 28, was cited and released for trespassing at Circle K, 1541 N. Arizona Blvd., after police said he had been previously warned not to return to the property.

On Nov. 19 Donell Atlas Jr., 35, was arrested on charges of possessing a deadly weapon as a prohibited possessor, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that took place near the intersection of South Arizona Boulevard and West Coolidge Avenue.

On Nov. 18 Cindy Lacy, 42, was arrested for two valid and confirmed Coolidge city warrants near the Rain Tunnel Car Wash, 1086 N. Arizona Blvd.

On Nov. 17 Christopher White, 40, was cited and released for assault and disorderly conduct after police said that he reportedly got into a physical altercation with another family member near the Bottle Stop, 474 S. Arizona Blvd.

On Nov. 13 Israel Martinez, 22, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and cited for driving on a suspended license and driving without mandatory insurance following a traffic stop that occurred at West Palo Verde Avenue near North Picacho St.

On Nov. 8 Jose Gomez, 81, was cited and released for reckless burning after police said that a fire that started in his fire pit got out of control and spread to his backyard. This incident took place at the residence located at 2748 E. Baughn Ave.

On Nov. 7 Pamela Jackson, 51, was cited and released for disorderly conduct after police said that an argument between her and her ex-boyfriend turned into a physical confrontation while at the Elizabeth Ann Apartments, 1010 N. 8th Place.

On Nov. 7 Scott Jones, 55, was cited and released for disorderly conduct after police said that an argument between him and his ex-girlfriend turned into a physical confrontation while at the Elizabeth Ann Apartments, 1010 N. 8th Place.

On Nov. 16 Ayanna Lagunas-Bonner, 20, was cited and released for shoplifting three packages of eye makeup from Walmart, 1695 N. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $33.

On Nov. 16 Matthew Skinner, 30, was arrested for violation of a court order at 523 N. Main St. Apt. 7 after police said he refused to leave the apartment.

Theft, Burglary & Criminal Damage

On Nov. 11 it was reported that an unknown person stole a Samsung Galaxy S10 with a New England Patriots case that was left on the cashier’s counter at the Dollar General, 1797 S. Arizona Blvd. Estimated loss $900.
