PHOENIX — Former Coolidge real estate sales agent Sarah Kelley appeared in federal court Wednesday on 32 counts of money laundering and wire fraud.

Kelley’s 14-minute appearance was for an arraignment on the charges. She entered not guilty pleas to all charges and submitted a financial affidavit to the court.

Kaitlin Sofia Verdura was appointed as her defense attorney and Kelley was released on her own recognizance with no pretrial supervision.

A jury trial is set to begin on Dec. 3 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 505 at Sandra Day O’Connor Courthouse, 401 W. Washington St., before U.S. District Judge John J. Tuchi.
