SAN TAN VALLEY — Delina DiSanto and Stuart Starky are vying to win the Democratic nomination to represent Congressional District 4. It includes northern Pinal County, from Florence to Apache Junction. They are the featured speakers for San Tan Valley Democrats from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday.
The meeting will take place on Zoom and be livestreamed on YouTube. It lets people see the candidates running for the seat in the Aug. 4 Democratic primary side-by-side. The Zoom meeting will be interactive. Participants joining there will be able to ask the speakers questions. If you’d like to attend it, send an email to STVDemocrats@yahoo.com for more information.
To watch the public YouTube meeting, search for the “San Tan Valley Democrats” channel on YouTube. Subscribe to receive an email reminder when the meeting starts. The livestream will be view-only. Democrats and independents who plan to vote a Democratic ballot in the primary are invited to attend. If you are an independent voter on the Permanent Early Voter List, contact the County Recorder’s Office at 520-866-6830 if you want to vote a Democratic ballot in the primary election. The club encourages all voters to request a mail ballot through the PEVL this year. Go to servicearizona.com to reregister and check the PEVL option or call your county recorder.
