Turkey needs a tail
People may stop by the Main Library or Vista Grande Library through Nov. 25 to help give the turkey a tail. Which book character would you love to have dinner with? Pete the Cat? Curious George? Sherlock Holmes? Stop by the library and let them know. Write your book character’s name on a sticky note and add it to our giant turkey. The library would like to give the turkey a big, beautiful tail before Thanksgiving. A holiday take-home craft will also be available for kids while supplies last.
The library’s new virtual crafting corner “Craftastic” will bring a new craft for adults to try twice a month. Find more information on Facebook @cglibrary for instructions on how to make a beautiful fall wreath.
