Bluegrass Etc. performs during the Agri-Country Bluegrass Festival Saturday Jan. 25, 2020 at the Pinal Fairgrounds and Event Center.

ELEVEN MILE CORNER — With its toe-tapping music, the Agri-Country Bluegrass Festival will return to the Pinal Fairgrounds and Event Center this year on Jan. 8 and 9.

The event includes two stages with top bluegrass performers playing throughout. A classic car show, quilt displays, tractor pulls, model train show, merchandise vendors and food are also part of the event.

Among the bands set to perform this year are:

  • Audie Blaylock and Redline
  • Hillbilly Fever
  • Incidental Bluegrass
  • Sonoran Dogs

This year, the main stage will be inside one of the buildings at the fairgrounds. The quilt show and train display will also be inside.

Normally held in the third week in January, the 2022 bluegrass celebration is being held about two weeks earlier than usual.

“We just could not wait,” a press release from event organizers said.

Admission is $15. Children age 12 and younger are admitted at no charge.

Camping sites are available.
