Domino's fire

CASA GRANDE — A fire at Domino’s in Casa Grande on Monday caused the evacuation of nearby businesses and the closure of Florence Boulevard.

The fire was reported at 11:20 a.m. at 104 W. Florence Blvd.

People were evacuated from businesses in the same strip mall as Casa Grande firefighters attempted to make entry. Video of the fire shows how intense it was as something caused an explosion inside and flames burst through the front.

No injuries were reported.

Florence Boulevard was closed between Sacaton Street and Center Avenue as traffic was diverted through downtown.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
