CASA GRANDE — A Pinal County grand jury has indicted a Casa Grande man for burglary and aggravated assault after he allegedly broke into a home and struck someone in the head with a skateboard.

According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Alec I. Miguel, 28, was indicted on July 19 on charges of burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage and disorderly conduct-fighting.

According to the indictment, Miguel allegedly broke into a Casa Grande home on July 10, breaking a window in the process, and hit someone inside the home in the head and thigh with a skateboard, causing a cut to the victim’s head.
