CASA GRANDE — Casa Grande Police officers were able to locate another gun that was taken during a burglary of CAL Ranch in October after they arrested an Eloy man who was allegedly waving it around in the air.

According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Dominic I. Williams, 35, is charged with misconduct involving a weapon while being a prohibited possessor, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.

At 2:25 p.m. on April 4, Casa Grande Police officers responded to a disturbance in the 1500 block of North Casa Grande Avenue. When they arrived they allegedly saw Williams holding a firearm and waving it around in the air while dancing to music in a parking lot. Officers noted that several children were nearby.

When officers took Williams into custody they found that the weapon had been reported stolen from CAL Ranch in October and Williams had a small amount of methamphetamine in his pocket.
