There will also be a public hearing and considerations of requests by TEJ Logistics for property located on Grant Avenue.
TEJ Logistics is proposing a new 3,250-square-foot maintenance facility in Sonoran Industrial Park. According to the agenda, the maintenance section of the new building would have two bays to service and maintain semi-tractor rigs.
The office area would be used for the truck company business operations and dispatching.
Richmond American Homes is requesting land use approvals for the Tamaron area.

K. Hovnanian Homes will also be considered for land use approvals involving 209 lots within McCartney Ranch Parcels 5 and 6.

Along with the housing product consideration, K. Hovnanian is seeking approval of a model home sales complex, which would be placed upon three lots at the southwest corner of Wiley Way and Kenna Place.
Also recommended is a Model Home Complex conditional use permit for Parcels 5 and 6 of McCartney Ranch with several conditions.
During the meeting, there will also be a presentation of the 2030 General Plan. According to the agenda, the draft of the plan has been completed and has been distributed for public and agency review for 60 days as required by state law.
