CASA GRANDE — A Casa Grande woman is facing charges after allegedly using her vehicle to hit the vehicle of an estranged family member while a child was in her car.

According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Briann N. Kinne, 21, is facing charges of disorderly conduct and endangerment.

According to court records, at 5:36 p.m. on Dec. 31, Pinal County Sheriff’s deputies met with the estranged family member in the 5000 block of East Carmichael Street in Coolidge. The family member showed them a dash cam video taken from a car. The video allegedly showed Kinne intentionally hit the family member’s vehicle with her own car while an unrestrained child was in her car.

Deputies located and took Kinne into custody at 6:19 p.m. on Dec. 31 on Florence Boulevard. The child was turned over to the father.
