CASA GRANDE — The Casa Grande Union High School District has a board vacancy due to the resignation of member Tony Salcido. The vacancy will be filled through appointment by Pinal County School Superintendent Jill Broussard.
The successful candidate will be seated until Dec. 31, 2020, Broussard’s office announced.
Any eligible resident within the district who is interested in being appointed can apply online at www.pinalesa.org/el/BoardMemberSchoolDistrictVacancies.aspx. The application can be completed online, but it must be printed out, signed, notarized and the original mailed or hand-delivered by the deadline. The deadline for applying is 5 p.m. this Friday.
