ARIZONA CITY — Arizona City has a new and fun family owned business making its grand opening in Arizona City.

Sign Junkie, located in the old Tumbleweed Market on Sunland Gin Road, is brand new to the area, with custom made signs for home decor that matches anyone’s taste.

Started by her daughter Kelsie, Nicki Wyble and her husband took over the day-to-day operations and have planted roots in Arizona City. Wyble says while it is always scary to start a new business, she is excited for the people of the area to see what the store has to offer.

“So far, it has been pretty good,” Wyble said. “We were hoping to provide something for the community that really is not out here. A place where they can come in and find gifts for anybody. We wanted to bring something here so people don’t have to go all the way to the valley.”

The store opened Oct. 2 for their soft opening, and will be having a grand opening Saturday, Oct. 16. The family owned business started out online, but recently found the space they currently inhabit and renovated it to be just how they envisioned it.

“We have done a lot of the stuff ourselves,” Wyble said. “Our intention was to do something a little different, it’s really been a family affair getting everything set up. It has been really fun and exciting to see it come together.”

For Wyble, this is a chance for the people of Arizona City to have something they can call their own, and hopes the new business can thrive and be a positive experience for the community.

“I’m hoping people will come in and have fun with it and enjoy it and find things that they would want to put into their home,” Wyble said. “I think we have provided a nice, quality little store for them to do that with.”
