ARIZONA CITY — Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona plans to build two houses in Arizona City this fall and is looking for families interested in purchasing a house. Some of the qualifications to apply include the willingness to partner and contribute 200 to 400 sweat-equity hours, demonstrate a two year history of stable income, debt to income ratio cannot exceed 43% and all household members must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
In order to find out if you qualify, if you are a couple both must be present. The following items should be brought to the pre-screening:
- A valid driver’s license or state-issue ID card per applicant over the age of 18.
- Social Security card for all household members
- A non-refundable $50 money order per applicant
