ARIZONA CITY — The Arizona City Daze celebration is a jam-packed day with different sights, sounds and smells.

This year’s event will feature various vendors selling hand-made crafts, artwork and food.

Spots are still available for the event, to reserve a spot contact Kimberly McWherter at 520-705-3075.

In addition to browsing through the different tents set up, keep an eye out for the annual car show that features classic and modified cars, and motorcycles.

Frank McLaughlin who’s in charge of the car show said that on average there are around 32 cars in the car show, but it really depends on the day.

Car show applications can be picked up at the Arizona City Chamber of Commerce office, Hawkins & Associates Realty, the Tumbleweed Inn or can be downloaded from the Arizona City Chamber website.

The entry fee is $15 for advance registration and $20 the day of the festival.

The top three entries for original, modified and bike and best of show will be awarded trophies. All winners are determined by the public.

For more information about the car show, contract Frank McLaughlin at 520-840-0182.
