FLORENCE — An Apache Junction man arrested for allegedly robbing a Papa Murphy’s Pizza has been sentenced to one year in jail for violating his parole.
According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Jerry McElfresh, 24, was found guilty of endangerment and a drug paraphernalia violation and sentenced to one year in jail for each count in April. He will serve the two sentences concurrently, or at the same time.
McElfresh was accused of robbing a Papa Murphy’s Pizza on West Apache Trail in Apache Junction on Dec. 15, 2019, around 6:30 p.m.
