APACHE JUNCTION – An Apache Junction man is facing charges of burglary and theft after he allegedly broke into and stole tools from a former employer.
According to Pinal County Superior Court records, Jonathon Cecil, 24, is facing one count of burglary and one count of theft.
According to court records, at 8:35 a.m. on Oct. 16, a business in the 200 block of South Ironwood Drive in Apache Junction reported a burglary and some tools missing. Pinal County Sheriff’s Deputies traced the theft to Cecil, who allegedly climbed over the back fence of the business and took a tool box and tools.
Cecil allegedly told deputies that the owner of the business had let him go about two weeks ago and owed him money, so he took the tools.
